Pre-start up consultation
Everyone is an individual, so everyone Online client will go through a consultation to get the information required so I can give you a tailored and efficient training program and nutritional guidelines.

Custom Macro targets
Training is only half the equation, What we do outside the gym matters just as much! Because of this I will give you Calorie, Protein, Carbohydrates and Fat targets. Along with nutrition tips and tricks to help you along the way.

Other Goal setting
Not only will you get Training plans, Macro plans. But ill also set you targets for Steps, Water intake and Sleep! To make sure we leave no stone un-turned.

Tailored workout plan
After our consultation I will plan a training program for you to follow to achieve those goals. Every program will be delivered Via Truecoach. A user friendly app to track and measure your progress. Ill also give you technique feedback to ensure you are preforming optimally.

Weekly Check ins
Every week we will catch up. This will be done on Truecoach, you will complete the questionnaire and will receive feedback from me to re-access where we are at and to set new targets if required, and of course you can message me at any point to answer any questions you may have.

Monthly Cook books
For the cherry on top, Receive monthly cookbooks from me, Calorie and taste bud friendly! its includes 30 different recipes from starters to deserts.
